Trigger warning: addiction, suicidal discussion and abuse. 

This episode is one I recorded recently and pushed to the front of posting because it really is just that impactful. Having hard conversations about addiction, hard conversations about racism, and soulful conversations about our own healing. We discuss ancestral healing as a way to move through generational trauma and fear that has been used to control us. There is so much emotion in this conversation that I hope you are able to have the courage to start having the hardest conversations. I hope this episode gives you hope and the strength to keep going.
